Why is there a size and color variance within capsules?
Biocidin® capsules are now free of titanium dioxide. The titanium dioxide gave the capsules a milky color. Capsules are now clear. Because our products are herbal supplements, the color will naturally vary from batch to batch.
The silica is either MMST (from coconut) or bamboo and can impact the coloring of the formula to range from light to very dark grey.
Although there might be slight variations in capsule size, the amount of product within each capsule meets standard specifications.
Vegetarian cellulose capsules are used for all products that come in capsule form. The cellulose is sourced from poplar and pine trees (HPMC), and as such may not be suitable for anyone with a severe poplar or pine tree allergy.
