What is your return policy?

For Products Purchased Directly from Biocidin Botanicals

Biocidin Botanicals®  is committed to providing you with professional-grade products that meet our exacting quality standards. Your order is carefully packed using sustainable materials whenever possible and efficiently shipped to you with your satisfaction in mind. 

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Biocidin Botanicals Customer Experience Team. In order to qualify for a return or refund, reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated within 3 business days of delivery.

Prior authorization is required for all returns. We can be reached by email at orders@biocidin.com or by phone at 1-800-775-4140, Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 5:00pm PT or Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm PT.  

Please note the following:

  • Once you have authorization from our team, please return unopened items along with proof of purchase within sixty (60) days of delivery.
  • Only unopened items and products with labels that have not been altered in any way will be eligible for return or refund. All barcodes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.
  • Biocidin Botanicals®, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a credit for all products accepted as returns.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the products may be applied.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For Products Purchased from Practitioners or an Online Retailer

If you purchased your Biocidin Botanicals® products from one of our practitioner partners or an online retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy. We can only accept products purchased directly through Biocidin Botanicals®.

For Products Purchased from our Amazon Store

If you purchased Biocidin Botanicals product/s through FortressBrands Wellness that arrive defective, leaking, or broken, you can request a refund or replacement through your Amazon account portal under Your Orders. If the refund or replacement option is not available, you can contact Biocidin Botanicals® directly.
