What is the return policy?

For Products Purchased Directly from Biocidin Botanicals®

Biocidin Botanicals® is committed to providing high-quality, professional-grade products that meet our stringent standards. Each order is carefully packaged with a focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible, and is dispatched swiftly to ensure timely delivery.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Biocidin Botanicals® Customer Experience Team. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Biocidin Botanicals®, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a refund for all products accepted as returns.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the products may be applied.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded

For Products Purchased from Practitioners or an Online Retailer

If you obtained your Biocidin Botanicals® products through one of our practitioner partners or an online retailer, please reach out to them directly for details regarding their return policy. Our refund and return process only applies to products purchased directly from Biocidin Botanicals®.

For Products Purchased from our Amazon Store

If you purchased Biocidin Botanicals product/s through Front Row, our only authorized Amazon storefront, that arrive defective, leaking, or broken, you can request a refund or replacement through your Amazon account portal under Your Orders. If the refund or replacement option is not available, you can contact Biocidin Botanicals® directly. 

Note: Any order errors — including mis-shipments, missing items, damaged items, packages marked delivered but not received, etc. — must be reported within 30 days of order delivery to receive resolution or correction.
