What are your shipping guidelines?

When placing an order, please enter the complete shipping address, including suite/unit/apt. numbers.

• $7.00 standard shipping rates on all orders under $250.
• Orders $250 and above receive free shipping. There is no minimum order size.
• All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
  • Small orders with 1–2 items generally ship USPS and 3+ items ship UPS Ground, unless in Western states.
• For expedited shipping quotes or to add "signature required" services, please contact us at: 1-800-775-4140 (Ext. 1). 
• All orders shipped to a different name than the account holder will be treated as a drop shipment.
  • While a packing slip is included with a drop shipment, the invoice is NOT included. 
  • There is no additional charge for drop-shipments.
• Orders are for the US Only. We are unable to ship internationally.
  • We prohibit the use of freight forwarding companies, international credit cards and/or placing orders from an international location.
