I ordered the wrong product. How do I exchange?

  • If you ordered the wrong product or received an incorrect order, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-800-775-4140 (Ext. 1) or email orders@biocidin.com.
  • If the package has already shipped and is being delivered please refuse/return to sender and contact the customer service team.
  • If you have already opened your package, please do not open the supplement(s) and contact us to request return authorization. We accept returns for unopened products within 60 days of purchase.
