How do I track my order? Can you tell me the status of my order shipment?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Follow the tracking link in that email for your expected delivery date and the current whereabouts of your order.

  • If your order has shipped, you can log in to your account on to track your order:
    • In your account, go to “Order History”.
    • Find your recent order and select “Track Shipment”.
  • We provide an email confirmation with your order tracking details at time of shipping. 
    • Please allow 24 hours for your shipment to show movement on our couriers' websites.
    • Once the package shows delivery, please contact the carrier directly for any lost or missing packages.
