How do I track my order? Can you tell me the status of my order shipment?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Follow the tracking link in that email for your expected delivery date and the current whereabouts of your order.
If your order has shipped, you can log in to your account on Biocidin.com to track your order:
In your account, go to “Order History”.
Find your recent order and select “Track Shipment”.
We provide an email confirmation with your order tracking details at time of shipping.
Please allow 24 hours for your shipment to show movement on our couriers' websites.
Once the package shows delivery, please contact the carrier directly for any lost or missing packages.
