Every woman’s life is a dynamic evolution characterized by transformative physiological and psychological shifts. Each life phase presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities, calling for personalized, integrative support that evolves with her.

Join us online Wednesday, July 16 at 11 am PT as we welcome Deanna Minich, PhD, who will share the latest science on women’s changing dietary needs, botanicals that modulate hormonal balance and the gut microbiome, and lifestyle modifications that nurture health through every life phase. She will also highlight emerging research on the gut-gynecological axis.

You'll also hear from Jocelyn Strand, ND, Senior Director of Clinical Education and Research at Biocidin Botanicals, who will discuss the female microbiome and effective strategies for managing common conditions such as Candida and bacterial vaginosis.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of:

  • The science of women’s health and the distinct nutritional needs for each life phase
  • Practical ways to optimize a woman’s experience through an enhanced understanding of the relationship between hormones, menstrual cycles, and menopause
