Dandruff affects 50 million Americans. Up to 70% of babies suffer from cradle cap at some point, and around 5% of adults struggle with seborrheic dermatitis. 

The culprit is Malassezia, a commensal fungal organism present on mammalian skin. 

Conventional treatment focuses on topical treatments, but to treat the root cause of these issues, we have to look deeper – to the gut!  Research shows that fungal overgrowth in the gut can be related to skin-related fungal issues.
